Technology Learning Log – Images

I used my phone to capture me dressed up as Rapunzel in lockdown due to Corona.

 

I chose this image because I think it sums up lockdown for me quite nicely. It’s a pre-drunk Phoebe dressed up as Rapunzel, from the Disney film Tangled, ready for my Disney themed quiz on zoom! Me and my friends hosted a quiz every week, whether it was themed or not we stuck to it. I personally believe this is what subtly kept me sane throughout lockdown due to COVID-19! We all took it in turns as to who would be the host. This gave us all something to look forward to whilst also giving us a weekly job because we would have to organise everything.

Even though we are out of lockdown, we sometimes still do this, of course not weekly as we are all back to our ‘normal’ lives – or at least as normal as they can get. But regardless, it’s a lovely way of getting everyone together, getting drunk and just having a laugh – safely! I would recommend this to anyone, young or old, smart or academically challenged. Ultimately t’s a lovely way of feeling unity again.
